• Announcing the establishment of the Arab Suns Forum for Arts at Nefertiti Gallery. Al-Husseini Cultural Foundation, which is authorized to hold exhibitions from the Syndicate of Fine Artists in Egypt.
• Based on the protocol concluded between the artist Lamia Badran
  And between the Husseini Cultural Foundation, represented by the President of the Foundation

  **** Forum Objectives ****
  1 / providing an opportunity for artists to express their creative potential in the field of plastic arts.
  2 / Enriching the Art scene with artistic creations of all kinds of arts.
  ((Terms and conditions of participation in the exhibition))
• The submitted works must be in line with the principles of the Islamic religion and the prevailing traditions in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The artist has the right to choose any topic that suits his artwork.
• It is possible to participate in any kind of art (paintings and Arabic calligraphy / photographs / handicrafts).
• Receiving the painting takes place after the end of the exhibition by the artist, or another person is appointed to take responsibility in the event that the artist does not attend.
• The exhibition administration does not bear the payment of any customs duties incurred for shipping, transporting, or reloading works of art, or delayed receipt, storage, packaging, or any other charges.
• In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, the exhibition management is not responsible.
  ((Mechanism for participation in the exhibition))
  Read the terms and conditions of participation in the exhibition.
  1_Fill out the (Business Documentation Form), which includes a copy of each work sent and written on it the work data and the name of the artist.
  2_ Send (Business Documentation Form) to Whatsapp

  3_ After receiving the data and pictures of the works, they will be presented to the court.
  4_ An approval form for the works participating in the exhibition will be sent.
  6_ The size of the painting participating in the exhibition ranges from 50 cm to 70 cm.
  7_Share with only one board
  8_ Sculpture category participation does not exceed one work, provided that the base is 60.60 cm and the height is 70 cm.
  9_ The photo should be in (JPG – TIFF) format with high resolution not less than (300 DPI) and be printed with modern printing means.
  10_ In the event of difficulty in attending the artist and the painting, he sends all that was mentioned previously with the painting with high accuracy to the President of the Forum exclusively, so that the work is printed in high quality and displayed in the exhibition and after the completion of the exhibition, the President of the Forum keeps the printed plate and it is his right.
  ** Terms of Participation **
  1 / The artwork is not more than 50 x 70
  2 / The artistic work presented is far from political and religious parties or slogans, in line with the prevailing traditions in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  3 / The artistic work shall be the creativity of the artist and not an imitation, with a signed declaration by the artist of his ownership of his artistic work
  4 / For one piece sculpture. And handicrafts small in size 5 pieces
  5 / Receiving the painting takes place after the end of the exhibition by the artist, or another person is appointed to take responsibility in the event that he does not attend.
  *** Prizes presented by the organizers of the exhibition ***
  1 / Granting all artists and guests of honor certificates of appreciation accredited by the institution sponsoring the forum
  2 / An approved and notarized certificate of appreciation.
  3 / Awarding all participating artists an honorary shield.
  4 / A brochure for the exhibition containing a picture of the artist’s work, his name and his country.
  5 / The exhibition will be covered in the media, in the press, television, and on social media platforms from within the exhibition and the online color blog.

* الإعلان عن إقامة ملتقى الشموس العربية للفنون بقاعة نفرتيتى مؤسسة الحسينى الثقافية المصرح لها بإقامة المعارض من نقابة الفنانين التشكيليين بمصر .
* بناءاً على البروتوكول المبرم بين الفنانة لمياء بدران
وبين مؤسسة الحسينى الثقافية ويمثلها رئيس المؤسسة

** أهداف الملتقى **
١/ اتاحه الفرصة لفناني الوطن العربي للتعبير عن إمكانياتهم الإبداعية فى مجال الفنون التشكيلية.
٢/ إثراء الساحه الفنية العربية بالإبداعات الفنية لجميع أنواع الفنون .

((بنود وضوابط المشاركة في المعرض ))

* يجب أن تكون الأعمال المقدمة تتماشى مع مبادئ الدين الإسلامي و التقاليد السائدة في جمهورية مصر العربية .

*يحق للفنان اختيار أي موضوع يناسب عمله الفني.

*يمكن المشاركة بأي نوع من أنواع الفنون (لوحات فنية وخط عربي / صور فوتوغرافيه / مشغولات يدوية).

*استلام اللوحة يتم بعد انتهاء المعرض من قبل الفنان أو يتم تعيين شخص آخر لتحمل المسوؤلية في حال عدم حضور الفنان .

*إدارة المعرض لا تتكفل بدفع أي رسوم جمركية مترتبة على شحن أو نقل أو إعادة شحن الأعمال الفنية أو تأخر استلامها أو تخزينها أو تغليفها أو أي رسوم أخرى.

*في حالة وصول العمل الفني متضرراً فإن إدارة المعرض لا تتحمل مسؤولية .

(( آلية المشاركة في المعرض ))

قراءة بنود وضوابط المشاركة في المعرض .

1_تعبئة (نموذج توثيق الأعمال) والذي يتضمن صورة كل عمل مرسل ومدوناً عليه بيانات العمل واسم الفنان.

2_إرسال (نموذج توثيق الأعمال) على الواتساب

3_بعد استلام البيانات وصور الأعمال سيتم عرضها على اللجنة المحكمة.

4_سيتم إرسال نموذج الموافقة على الأعمال المشاركة في المعرض .

6_ مقاس اللوحة المشاركة في المعرض مابين 50 سم حتى 70 سم .

7_المشاركة بلوحة واحدة فقط

8_مشاركة فئة النحت لا تتجاوز عمل واحد فقط على أن تكون القاعدة 60.60 سم والارتفاع 70 سم.

9_أن تكون الصورة الفوتوغرافية بصيغة(JPG – TIFF) و بدقة عالية لا تقل عن (300 DPI) ويتم طباعتها بوسائل الطباعة الحديثة.

10_ في حال صعوبه الحضور للفنان واللوحة يرسل كل ما ذكر سابقا مع اللوحة بدقة عالية الى رئيس الملتقى حصرا لتتم طباعة العمل بجوده عالية وعرضها في المعرض وبعد الانتهاء من المعرض يحتفظ رئيس الملتقى باللوحه المطبوعة وتكون من حقه .

*شروط الاشتراك *
١/ العمل الفنى لا يزيد عن ٥٠ ×٧٠

٢/ العمل الفنى المقدم بعيد عن الأحزاب أو الشعارات السياسية والدينية يماشى مع التقاليد السائدة في جمهورية مصر العربية .

٣/ العمل الفنى يكون من إبداع الفنان وليس مقلداً ومعه إقرار موقع من الفنان بملكيه عمله الفني

٤/ بالنسبة للنحت قطعة واحدة. والمشغولات اليدوية صغيرة الحجم ٥ قطع

٥/ إستلام اللوحة يتم بعد انتهاء المعرض من قبل الفنان أو يتم تعيين شخص آخر لتحمل المسئولية في حال عدم حضوره .

**الجوائز المقدمة من قبل المنظمين للمعرض **
١/ منح جميع الفنانين وضيوف الشرف شهادات تقدير معتمدة من المؤسسة الراعية للملتقى
٢/ منح جميع الفنانين المشتركين درع تكريم .
٣/ برشور للمعرض يحتوى على صورة عمل الفنان واسمه ودولته .
٤/سيتم تغطية المعرض إعلامياً صحافه وتلفزيون وعلى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي من داخل المعرض ومدونة ألوان الالكترونية.
